The heat of the summer often leaves us a feeling a little dehydrated. At times we may not even know what to drink to quench that seemingly endless thirst. Even more so, the choice of drink may not quash the feeling. 1. Ice Cold Water

Water is the best way to keep you hydrated, on a hot summer day. Even though plain ice-cold water doesn’t have any sweet flavor, it can be very refreshing.

2. Fruit Smoothies

Fruits provide a lot of nutrients to your body. Smoothies are very refreshing and fulfilling. Drinking fruit smoothies won’t only give you get nutrients but keep you hydrated throughout your day.

3. Water with Natural Flavor Essence

Drinking plain water is great, but sometimes you may want a little kick in your drink. Drinking water with natural flavor essences are tasty and refreshing for the body. Some brands of water that carry these natural flavor essences are Crystal Geyser or Calistoga.

4. Iced Tea

If you love drinking hot tea then, you would love drinking iced tea throughout the summer. Green iced tea and black iced tea are both thirst-quenching drinks that will help you to stay hydrated throughout a hot summer day.

5. Fruit Spritzer

Fruits spritzers are great summer drinks because its half water and half fruit juice. Fruit spritzers are great because, of the added electrolytes and other nutrients from the fruit juice that has been added to the water mixture.

6. Lemonade

Lemonade is one of the best summer drinks to have on a nice summer day. Lemons are great to stimulate your digestive track and provide vitamin c as well. There are many different flavors for lemonade such as pink lemonade, raspberry lemonade, carrot lemonade and much more.
