More than anything else, successful health and wellbeing is all about lifestyle choices, and can rarely be narrowed down to a simple diet change. That being said, seeing what works for others is a fun way to get inspiration to make your own healthy lifestyle and diet goals.

The 5-factor Diet - Eva Mendes & Katy Perry

The Five-Factor Diet encourages eating five smaller meals a day. Each meal should include fat, fiber, complex carbs, fluids and proteins. The diet encourages food with a low glycemic index value and to avoid foods such as potato chips, corn syrup, and white rice. The diet also emphasizes the importance of physical activity, encouraging 5 different daily 5-minute exercises, 5 days a week.

The Zone Diet - Jennifer Aniston & Renee Zellweger

The Zone Diet emphasizes a balanced diet to lower the risk of cancer, diabetes, and heart disease. The diet is based on a standard ratio of protein, carbs, and healthy fats.

Pressed Juicery Diet - Nicole Richie & Gwen Stefani

This diet is definitely not for everyone and is recommended for people who are on gluten free, vegetarian, and lactose intolerant diets.  The Pressed Juicery Diet replaces solid snacks and foods with nutrient-rich drinks and bans nicotine, caffeine, alcohol, and energy drinks.

South Beach - Oprah Winfrey & Nicole Kidman

The infamous South Beach Diet focuses on incorporating carbs and healthy fats in the form of nuts, lean meat, cheese, and eggs into a balanced diet. The Diet also bans processed sugar, white flour and other foods with “bad carbs.” People on this diet avoid any foods high on the glycemic index, which are linked to the development of diabetes and cardiovascular disease.
