Chronic Fatigue - Fact versus Fiction: Fatigue may be described as feeling tired or exhausted, and ability for normal activity or work is reduced.  "Normal" instances of fatigue include the ordinary feeling of tiredness after an intense workout.  This is a normal response and is relieved by resting.  Some people even describe post exercise fatigue as pleasant.  On the other hand, there is another form of fatigue that is not considered "normal" or pleasant and cannot be relieved by rest.  This is known as chronic fatigue, and may develop slowly over time.  Chronic fatigue is an important symptom in some mental disorders, diseases, and medical conditions.  For this reason, it is important to avoid certain quick fixes or tricks commonly used for normal instances of fatigue or tiredness if you think you are suffering from chronic fatigue.  Medical attention is also highly recommended.  This infographic is intended to help you find the truth when it comes to chronic fatigue:
